Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Calimatic Meta Leads Integration service ("Service") provided by Calimatic Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service integrates with Meta (Facebook) Lead Ads to automatically retrieve lead data submitted through Lead Ad forms on Facebook and Instagram. The Service transfers this lead data to your designated CRM system in real-time via webhooks. The Service requires you to authorize access to your Facebook Pages through Meta's OAuth flow.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You must be an authorized administrator of the Facebook Page(s) you connect to the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and configuration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies
• Comply with all applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA) when processing lead data received through the Service
• Obtain and maintain all necessary consents from individuals whose data is collected through Lead Ad forms
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Data Handling

In connection with the Service:

• Lead data is retrieved from Meta's API and forwarded to your configured CRM system
• Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption
• We process data only as necessary to provide the Service
• You remain the data controller for all lead data processed through the Service
• Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Calimatic Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your data, including lead data processed through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calimatic Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination

You may disconnect from the Service at any time by revoking the app's access through your Facebook settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Service becomes impractical. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data deletion obligations.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
